Debug Console Commands

Welcome to CK2 console commands!

To use console commands, you need to open the console. You can open the console by typing the ~ or ` key. This is usually below the Esc key and to the left to the 1 key.

Disclaimer: Because commands can sometimes make unexpected changes to your game, it is recommended that you save your game before using any commands.

debug_ai debug_ai Displays AI strategy for a character (empty ID to turn off)

numcoas numcoas Prints the number of used coat of arms
observe observe Switches to observer mode, by playing no character at all, and no longer shows messages or pauses the game. Ctrl+clicking a character takes partial control, pausing only on succession and call-to-arms.
print_player_events print_player_events Print all player events to player_events.csv in game folder
print_ai_events print_ai_events Print all ai events to ai_events.csv in game folder
refresh_portraits refresh_portraits Sets all character portraits to be refreshed asap
reload reload Reloads the gui or lua file

window window Opens or closes the specified window
wipe_achievements wipe_achievements Wipe out all CK2 Steam achievements. WARNING: CANNOT BE UNDONE!
